What is my Tide Dry Cleaners mobile app login (email address)?
Your login for the Tide Dry Cleaners mobile app is the email address you used to initially set up your Inner Circle Rewards account with your Tide Dry Cleaners store.

What is my Tide Dry Cleaners mobile app password?
Your default password for the Tide Dry Cleaners mobile app is the last 4 digits of the phone number you used to initially set up your Inner Circle Rewards account with your Tide Dry Cleaners store.

What if I forgot my password?
Click on “Forgot Password?” on the login screen, then follow the on-screen instructions to set a new password.

How do I change my password?
Click on the settings icon in the upper right corner, and then select “Password” and “Change Password”. Follow the on-screen instructions to re-set your password.

How does the app select “my store” (i.e. your home location for Tide Dry Cleaners)?
Your “My Store” location is the Tide Dry Cleaners store where you set up your Inner Circle Rewards account. This is not a user-editable setting.

I use two different Tide Dry Cleaners locations for my dry cleaning. Why can’t I see orders from both stores?
User accounts are typically set up individually for each store, so you may have two different Inner Circle Rewards accounts; one for each store. At this time, we are not able to combine accounts in the app, so you may need to log into each account separately to be able to see orders from 2 different Tide Dry Cleaners locations.

I dropped off an order at Tide Dry Cleaners, but I don’t see it in the app yet.
If you dropped off the order after-hours, the order will not be entered into the system until the following business day.
If you dropped off the order during regular business hours and do not see the order on the app, please call your Tide Dry Cleaners store to determine the status of the order.

When I log in, I see the error message, “Login failed, check your credentials”
Please confirm that your entered the correct email address and password for your account. If you have forgotten your password, please click on “Forgot Password” to reset your password.
Please also note that the app will initially only be available for Inner Circle Rewards customers that are registered at the Mason, OH and Anderson, OH Tide Dry Cleaners locations. If you have an account with another store, the app may not be active yet for that store. If this is the case, please check back soon to see if the app becomes active for your location!

I don’t have an Inner Circle Rewards Account. Can I still use the Tide Dry Cleaners app?
Without logging in with an Inner Circle Rewards account, you can use the app to find Tide Dry Cleaners locations near you, get directions to a Tide Dry Cleaners location, call the store, and check store hours.
To enable full functionality including order tracking and notifications on the app, please sign up for an Inner Circle Rewards account by visiting or calling your Tide Dry Cleaners store.

How can I redeem a coupon that displays in the app?
Just bring your smartphone to the Tide Dry Cleaners store, where customer service will scan the code directly from your phone. There’s no need to print a coupon!

After I use a coupon, it still shows up on the app. Can I use the coupon a second time?
Tide Dry Cleaners coupons may only be used once. If you have already used the coupon, it may still display on the app, but it will not work in the store a second time because it has already been used.
